ISR Self-Rescue
This option is for BRAND NEW ISR students.  These are the standard lessons discussed on the ISR website.  Initial training takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete.  Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for 10 minutes each day.  When you choose a 'sign up' time slot, 6 weeks will automatically be reserved for your child.

2020 Refresher Students
Refresher lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons.  As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have already learned. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for 10 minutes each day.  Since these skills are not new to the children, refresher lessons usually take approximately 2-3 weeks.  Children will grow in their skills each year.  Refreshers are vital to keep up with your kids skills as they grow into their bigger bodies.  ISR recommends students return for refresher lessons every 6-12 months.

**Please choose ISR-Self Rescue (1st option) if your child learned rollback to float (infants 6-12 months) and is now ready to learn the swim-float-swim sequence**

Snorkel Lessons
These lessons are for children who are four years or older.  Students must have completed survival lessons and have mastered the "swim-float-swim" sequence.  Students are introduced to diving to retrieve toys and more advanced breathing techniques.

Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for 10 minutes each day for 1-2 weeks.  This can be added to the end of self-rescue lessons.

Parents must have snorkel gear (US Dive approved snorkel set from Scuba Quest Cape Coral).
