ISR Self-Rescue ™
These are the standard ISR lessons discussed on the  ISR website. These lessons usually take six to eight weeks to complete.

Stroke
*For children that have completed ISR lessons or a sibling of a current ISR student ONLY.* Students must have completed survival lessons and have mastered the "swim-float-swim sequence". Students are introduced to three basic swim strokes, diving and swimming down to retrieve toys. Students attend lessons one (1) day a week for 20 minutes each week for 6-8 week session.

Refresher - Military/First Responder/Teacher Rate
These lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons. As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have already learned. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day. Since these skills are not new to the children, refresher lessons usually take approximately two-three weeks if the child has completely their last ISR session in the last 4-6 months.  These lessons are for students that have complete ISR lessons previously at the Military, First Responder and Teacher rate.

Maintenance
These lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons. Maintenance lessons help students to maintain their skills and confidence throughout the year. Ideally, maintenance lessons should be scheduled at the intervals recommended by the instructor, ranging from once or twice a week to once a month.

Maintenance - Military/First Responder/Teacher Rate
These maintenance lessons are for children that have completed ISR lessons within the last 30 days and wants to continue with weekly or bi-weekly lessons.
