ISR Self-Rescue®
These are the lessons discussed on the "What Your Child Will Learn" page. Please allow 6-7 weeks to complete these lessons.

Refresher
These lessons are for children who have already completed the swim-float-swim survival lessons. As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have learned and are typically scheduled in April/May. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day. Since these skills are not new to the children, please allow 3-4 weeks.

Stroke
These lessons are for children who are four years or older. Students must have completed survival lessons and have mastered the "swim-float-swim sequence". Students are introduced to three basic swim strokes, diving and swimming down to retrieve toys. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day for two weeks.

Maintenance
These lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons and/or stroke lessons. Maintenance lessons are recommended to ensure that students are practicing correctly over the summer. During the "off season" these lessons aid students in maintaining confidence and skill level. Students attend these lessons a minimum of two to four times per month.
