ISR Self-Rescue Float® (ages 6mos-12mos) $110/week
These lessons average six weeks to complete but progress at your child's pace.  ISR Self Rescue Float class is for children 6 months to 1 year old.  Children will learn to float independently and how to roll onto their backs to float, rest and breathe in the event they found themselves facedown in the water.  They learn how to stabilize and maintain this position until help arrives.

ISR Self-Rescue Swim® (ages 1yr-6yrs) $110/week
These lessons usually take six weeks to complete.  ISR Self-Rescue Swim class is for children 1 year and older who are walking.  Older, more mobile children will learn the ISR Self Rescue sequence of swimming until they need air, rotating onto the back to float, then rolling back over to continue swimming.  Children are taught to repeat this sequence until they reach safety at the steps, side of pool or the shoreline.

Refresher Lessons $110/week
These lessons are for children who have already completed self-rescue lessons.  As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have already learned. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day. Since these skills are not new to the children, refresher lessons usually take approximately two-three weeks.  We recommend taking a refresher class every 4-6 months.
